Each year, the Fête de la Nature brings together an ever-increasing audience in May, around activities that take place throughout France.
For this year's event, discover the natural heritage of Lac de la Thésauque during a guided hike.
Saturday May 25 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., put on your walking shoes and follow Anthony, head of the Nature department at the Terres du Lauragais community of communes, to learn more about the lake's fauna and flora.
This lake, created in 1973 for tourism purposes, is also a refuge for biodiversity, particularly on the downstream part of the lake where a wetland has developed. The Nature Festival is an opportunity to better understand the species living in this ecosystem.
