This restaurant is the former workshop of the village master wheelwright during the Middle Ages. You will taste good traditional homemade recipes. The establishment is part of the Route du Cassoulet. Its specialties are prepared according to the season and the market: foie gras, cassoulet, rack of pork with spices, lamb's brains with parsley, andouillettes, confit, calf's head, tripe, duck aligot, fisherman's casserole, paella, fideua, couscous, sauerkraut etc ...
