The cottage, renovated in 2019 is nestled in an old barn.
It can accommodate up to 10 people. It is located in the countryside, in a very quiet little village, near Villefranche-de-Lauragais (eight minutes by car) and two minutes from Saint-Michel de Lanes. (Village with a grocery store).

On the ground floor: an equipped kitchen (oven; induction hob; microwave oven; extractor hood; large fridge with freezer; dishwasher; washing machine; Senseo coffee maker; kettle; toaster), a partitioned WC, a bathroom, with double basin, a shower.

The dining area is equipped with a round table with four chairs.
The lounge area has two sofa beds including a bed, a television, a table with chairs, its private terrace with picnic tables, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue.

Upstairs: two partitioned bedrooms each with a double bed, an attic dormitory bedroom with 5 single beds. Magnificent view of the cereal fields from the bedroom.

Other equipment available: Washing machine, games such as a ping pong table, table football, Molki, board games and books for the whole family.

On the property, you will find, among other things, a swimming pool shared with tenants and owners) heated and covered from mid-April to the end of October, a petanque court.
The cottage has its private terrace, on-site parking. It is close to tourist activities as well as the Great Sites of Occitanie (Between Toulouse and Carcassonne)

Rental by the night, weekend, week or month.
