You won't find an outhouse or a tree house here, but you will have the satisfaction of enjoying multiple leisure activities and the greatest comfort, while respecting the environment.

In a large wooded park (4000m²), you will enjoy a private heated swimming pool, various games for children and adults (professional pinball and table football, home cinema with media library, board games and outdoor games, etc.), an animal park with a protected pond and animals provided with an aquaponics system (agricultural production from fish droppings), a chicken coop (eggs), a vegetable garden (vegetables), and fruit trees (fruit) in self-service, a pergola in the vines or a reading greenhouse. The property is entirely yours during your stay!

The cottage is largely positive energy (6 KWp photovoltaic + 700 W wind turbine), is heated by a heat pump and includes a fast charging station for electric cars. It has rainwater recovery and storage systems (8 m3) and virtuous management of waste and wastewater.

The park includes a floral meadow designed to limit the drying out of the soil and promote biodiversity, for the particular attention of pollinators… and for the gaze of visitors.
