This old renovated farmhouse can accommodate up to 6 people. In the countryside, surrounded by fields, this pretty house will place nature and calm at the heart of your stay.

The cottage is adjoining the owners' home,
On the ground floor: entrance to the living room with open kitchen, dining area and lounge area, a bedroom opening onto the outside (2 single beds 1cm that can be combined), and another bedroom (90 single beds in 2cm bunk), shower room/WC.

Upstairs, accessible by a steep staircase but secured by child barriers: Romance attic bedroom (1 double bed 2cm).

Oil-fired central heating on the ground floor, reversible air conditioning upstairs.

Nearby: 6km from Villefranche-de-Lauragais (shops, restaurants, market, train station), 8km from the Canal du Midi (hiking, cycling, cruising, barge rental), 18km from Saint-Félix-Lauragais (festival de la Cocagne), 20km from Revel-Lac-Saint-Ferréol (swimming lake, canoe and pedalo hire, one of the most beautiful detours in France, market and artisans), 34km from Toulouse (capital of the department of Haute-Garonne, the Occitanie region and the South-West) and 68km from the City of Carcassonne.

The price includes: subscriptions, water, electricity, heating, sheets, bathroom linen and household linen (dishtowels, potholders).
The price does not include: end of stay cleaning (59€).

Upon arrival, you are guaranteed to fall in love. The property, surrounded by fields, dominates the surrounding area. We never tire of this exceptional view! The decor is all the more sublime as the owner, a professional landscaper, was responsible for landscaping the garden. There, many plant species and a large swimming pool coexist and harmonize. The interior of the cottage has been furnished with designer and comfortable furniture. You quickly feel at ease there!
