Discover Hers Vif on a 23 km route from Gaudiès to Calmont, passing through Belpech and Mazères.
The canoe-kayak descent is within reach of beginners: calm and serene in a preserved environment, the ride can be slightly spiced up when crossing small thresholds or a few eddies... A fun activity to do with family or friends!
It is possible to do this descent in several sections:
x Gaudies – Belpech: ~4 km
x Belpech – Mazères (campsite): ~11 km
x Mazères (bird domain) – Calmont: ~7 km
Navigability is ensured during the summer by the regulation of the water level, thanks to the Montbel dam: guaranteed minimum flow of 3,5 m3/second at Calmont.
