THE GRAND ESQUILATE

Located in Aignes, Domaine Esquilat overlooks the surrounding hillsides. with an exceptional view of the Pyrenees. This old Lauragaise farm is converted into 2 adjoining gîtes to guarantee you a comfortable stay in a cocooning and trendy atmosphere.

The Grand Esquilat can accommodate up to 12 people. It can be rented with another adjoining gîte to increase the capacity to 18 people.

This superb 175 m² gîte is furnished with modernity and charm on 3 levels and has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor, you will find an entrance hall, a living room, a fitted kitchen under a glass roof and a double bedroom with bathroom and WC. On the 1st floor, there are 2 double bedrooms (each with its own dressing room), an office and a bathroom. On the 2nd floor under the eaves, two bedrooms are arranged on each side of the staircase with a WC, including 1 spacious bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 double bed.
You can park safely in front of the estate. The property has internet. Pets are allowed. Electric heating.
