Cooking classes for the general public in a private group last 2h to 2h30. Ingredients and provision of equipment are included in the price.
They can take place in your chef's semi-professional kitchen, or at your home.
The recipe ideas are many and varied:
- Gyozas and moshis/vegan coconut pearls
- Homemade cheese-naans and typical Indian daal
- World tour of exquisite turnovers (: Pirojkis, empanadas...
- Turkish vegetarian cuisine: Gozleme (stuffed flatbreads) with feta and herbs, grilled eggplant and fresh tomatoes and potatoes
- Vegetarian bricks: 3 vegetarian recipes and 3 folding sheets of bricks
- Egyptian/Lebanese cuisine: samboussaks (small cheese or spinach turnovers, with homemade yogurt dough), turban baklavas with almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts and honey.
- Greek-Lebanese cuisine: homemade Lebanese breads, hummus, tzatziki, vegetable caviar and a mixture of Lebanese spices
