This gite, a little away from the village of Caignac, is located in the middle of the fields in an old Lauragaise farm. It is arranged on two levels,
On the ground floor is a large living room, equipped with an open kitchen and a bedroom accessible for people with reduced mobility (1 bed for 2 people in 160) with its private shower room/WC. A staircase leads to a mezzanine which serves two other bedrooms (2 single beds 1 cm that can be combined, 80 single beds 2 cm that can be combined) and a second shower room/WC.

This furnished apartment is adjoining another furnished tourist accommodation with 6 beds. They can be rented individually or collectively, on request.

Each of the gîtes has its own terrace, equipped with garden furniture, and all can benefit from the 2.5ha of common, unfenced garden. A large car park has been set up at the entrance to the property to park vehicles.

The price includes: water, subscriptions, electricity, heating, sheets, bathroom linen and household linen (dishtowels, potholders, etc.)
The price does not include: end of stay cleaning: €60

The cottage is ideally located: you are 8km from the Thésauque lakes (nautical base: swimming, stand-up paddle, water games) and the Ganguise lake as well as 12km from the Canal du Midi (bike rides, on foot or by boat), but also in the heart of the Occitanie region to visit the major sites of Toulouse, Foix and Carcassonne.
