"In the trees" is a holiday home that invites relaxation, reunions, a house that invites you to recharge your batteries, to contemplate nature, to enjoy the surrounding countryside!
Laid out at the bottom of a field and adjoining a small wood, the gite is entirely turned towards nature without being isolated (last house at the end of a small pleasant street, center of the village accessible on foot).
On the ground floor: the entrance distributes an "Indian Summer" family room (2 single beds 1cm that can be combined + 80 single beds 2cm bunk) with private bathroom/WC, the living room with its kitchen open, its large convivial table and a lounge/library area with screen and video projector (connected TV - Netflix programs, Canal +...), large bay window with view of the forest, direct access to the terrace. Play and reading corner for the little ones under the stairs. Independent WC with washbasin.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms available in colors and decoration according to the seasons, offering for two of them (2 single beds 1cm that can be combined) and for the other two (80 single beds of 2cm that can be combined).
The 4 bedrooms each have a private shower room/WC communicating with the bedroom.
Private unfenced garden and terraces at the back of the house (for summer meals, rest, naps, aperitifs...) and unheated outdoor swimming pool of 3x9m reserved for guests of the gîte (secured by a tarpaulin bar).
Charging station for electric vehicles (billing according to consumption).
You can park in the car park at the top of the hill or go down the slope and park in front of the gîte. A closed garage allows to park motorcycles.
Heating and air conditioning by air/air heat pump. Wi-Fi internet connection. The house is available as a "gîte" throughout the year and theme stays can be offered as well as activities for groups, catering services, bike rental...
Only 20 kms from Place du Capitole in Toulouse, 15 kms from the Canal du Midi, 32 kms from Revel (typical market under the hall), 36 kms from Lake Saint-Ferréol..., Lanta is a village ideally placed for discover all the treasures of the Pays Lauragais... Let yourself be seduced.
