The Café des Minotiers welcomes you in a cozy atmosphere on the ground floor of La Minoterie, or on the terrace to have a drink, taste platters of local products or take part in the entertainment (concerts, shows).
It is a hybrid third place which opened in the fall of 2023 along the Canal du Midi at the Gardouch lock: both coworking, regional produce grocery store and community café, let yourself be surprised by this original place how welcoming.
Throughout the day, you can have a drink, nibble on local specialties (charcuterie boards, boiled eggs, regional delicacies, etc.)
