The farm has been raising fatty ducks in the open air, in the Lauragais since 1990. The breeding and force-feeding are carried out with respect for local and family tradition. The ducks are fattened only with non-GMO white corn and produced for the farm by a local grain producer.

Discover the foie gras, confit, as well as specialties such as stuffed neck, duck sausage, duck breast stuffed with foie gras, foie gras pâté; as well as cooked dishes such as lentils with sleeves or cassoulet.

A warehouse truck is installed every Thursday morning between 8 am and 12:30 pm Place de la République in Caraman; and Saturday morning in Saint-Orens and Carcassonne.
