Descaling rollers for toilets

Ingredients

  • 75g of baking soda
  • 25g citric acid
  • The equivalent of a tablespoon of water

Configuration

  • Mix baking soda and citric acid in a container.
  • Using a spray bottle, spray the equivalent of a tablespoon of water onto the mixture.
    Do this carefully, as a chemical reaction will occur.
  • Place your preparation in a silicone mold. Pack it well to make it compact.
  • Wait 24 hours and unmold your small pebbles.
  • Wait another 24 hours for it to be completely dry.

Use Case

Put a pebble once a week in the toilet bowl and wait at least 30 minutes, then scrub.
You can also leave the pebble on overnight.

toilet gel

Ingredients

  • 30g cornstarch
  • 400ml of water
  • 500ml white vinegar

Configuration

  • Heat the water with the starch. Mix well to avoid lumps, bring to
  • boiling.
  • Add the vinegar and mix again.
  • Let cool .
  • Pour into a container.

Use Case

Pour into the toilet bowl, leave to act for ten minutes and vigorously scrub the edges and bottom of the bowl with a toilet brush.

Liquid hand soap

Ingredients (for a 60 cl bottle)

  • 50 cl water
  • 3,5 tablespoons of Marseille soap (grated or flakes/shavings)
  • 3 tablespoons of glycerin or liquid honey (same properties)
  • 2,5 teaspoons of vegetable oil (olive, sweet almond, sunflower, rapeseed, etc.)
  • 6 drops of lavender or petitgrain essential oil
  • Bitter orange, or other flavor (optional)

Configuration

  • Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan and pour in the Marseille soap.
  • Add the vegetable oil of your choice and mix.
  • Add the honey (or vegetable glycerin) and mix again.
  • Wait until the mixture cools and the Marseille soap liquefies completely before adding the essential oil.
  • Transfer the mixture into a pump bottle using a funnel.
