In the heart of nature, the 6-hectare organic farm is made up of a herd of 45 goats. All the milk is then transformed on site into cheeses and yogurts.

Here, everything is done in an artisanal manner: 2 milkings per day morning and evening, then cheese making (draining, molding the curds, salting the cheeses, maturing to develop the aromas).
The sale is then made in the surrounding markets (Revel, Villefranche de Lauragais, Montgiscard) and also on the farm (the best is to call us before).
