L'agnel is an organic dairy farm located on the eastern tip of Haute-Garonne, near the Tarn, in the heart of Lauragais.
The Terroirs of the Agnel farm are characterized by the presence of quartz sands which give the soils the possibility not only of favoring slow maturation to obtain complex aromas, but also of creating particularly fruity flavors.
Direct sale at the farm of various flours and seeds: chickpeas, lentils, linseed and Alfafa seeds, fenugreek for sprouting, oat bran.
