Sylvain Collet, the owner moved to Saint Léon in 2018. A geobiologist by trade, his initial project was to develop an organic endive workshop based on soil on a farm with a multitude of agricultural activities.
Today, in addition to endives, mushrooms and asparagus, the Terre de vies team produces organic vegetables all year round on the farm.
Possibility to visit the farm by appointment (minimum 6 people). An exciting place to discover urgently!
