In the middle of the Lauragaise countryside, on 15 hectares, come and visit the family farm of En Trunc. You will be welcomed with a smile by Catherine and you will leave with good products made with love!
At the En Trunc farm, we work as a family: Alain grows cereals to feed the sheep (in organic farming), Catherine makes cheese. Their two sons are also present on the farm.
The En Trunc farm is present at the markets every day of the week: Castelnaudary, Castanet, Ayguevives, Mazères, Ramonville port sud, Villefranche-de-Lauragais, Nailloux, Baziège, Montgiscard.
In the summer, Céline makes delicious yogurts.
