A pioneer in the region, direct sales seemed obvious to us 20 years ago. It allows us to develop our production at its fair value, to limit intermediaries and to establish a relationship of trust with consumers.
La Ferme du Clavel is a family farm located at the gates of Toulouse which breeds herds of Romanesque ewes, Blondes d'Aquitaine meat cows with calves raised under the mother. The animals graze in the meadows and are fed with the cereals and fodder produced on the farm.
