In the heart of nature, the 6-hectare organic farm is made up of a herd of 45 goats. All the milk is then transformed on site into cheeses and yogurts.

Here, everything is done in an artisanal way: 2 milkings per day morning and evening, then cheese making (draining, molding the curds, salting the cheeses, maturing to develop the aromas).
La vente se fait ensuite sur les marchés des environs (Avignonet-Lauragais, Revel, Villefranche de Lauragais, Montgiscard) et également à la ferme sur place.
