Stéphane MONTAMAT is present on the markets for the sale of his cheeses, in Auriac, Puylaurens, Caraman, Saverdun, Revel, Montgiscard. He refines his cheeses and only offers them to his customers when they are ripe, because they gain in aroma, flavor and fragrance compared to younger cheeses. He received the Mercure d'or in 2007 (award given each year by the Secretary of State for Commerce to the best traders in France for their know-how and the development of their business).
