The Café des Minotiers welcomes you in a cozy atmosphere on the ground floor of La Minoterie, or on the terrace to have a drink, taste platters of local products or take part in the entertainment (concerts, shows).
It is a hybrid third place which opened in the fall of 2023 along the Canal du Midi at the Gardouch lock: both coworking, regional produce grocery store and community café, let yourself be surprised by this original place how welcoming.
Throughout the day, you can have a drink, nibble on local specialties (charcuterie boards, boiled eggs, regional delicacies, etc.)

The Gardouch flour mill
On the banks of the Canal du Midi, a few steps from the Gardouch lock, this former flour mill has been transformed into a third place to offer new life to this historic heritage of the village. This renovated space houses several spaces: the shop's regional produce grocery store, the flour millers' café, a large multi-activity room, and the Canal Coop association which runs the premises around a rich and ambitious events program. Great moments to experience on sunny days!
