What makes <span style="font-family: 'arial black', 'avant garde';">inlingua</span> different
- The magnificent setting: XNUMXth century castle.
- Fresh and local products as well as a nice selection of wines.
- Summer entertainment in the park.
It is in a bucolic and friendly setting, at the Château de Mauvaisin, exactly located between Nailloux and Auterive, that Charlotte Crochet and her husband, Dani Schneider will welcome you, to make you discover traditional and seasonal cuisine.
Three different concepts for three very distinct atmospheres.
This is the idea that the owners wanted to share within their establishment. The first bistro-style room welcomes you to have a drink, nibble on a few tapas and, above all, move more easily than if you were seated at the table. The second place corresponds more to a large living room (90m2) illuminated by a period chandelier where families and small groups of friends can enjoy a full meal made up of homemade products.
Finally, the third room is devoted to more intimate moments with tables of two people maximum.
The menu is varied and can satisfy all tastes, consisting of foie gras, vegetable curry, veal blanquettes, cod, crème brûlée or roasted apples. In fine weather, you can also enjoy the tables outside and a beautiful view of the two hectares of garden of this XNUMXth century chateau.
