This old cellar, renovated with respect for the original materials, welcomes you not far from Toulouse (36km), on a grain farm, near the owners' home.

Ground floor: entrance hall (garage access), kitchen (a few steps), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 2cm) with possible independent access and its Shower room/WC equipped for people with reduced mobility, Independent WC.
Half lower level on one level with the garden: bright living room (fireplace and reversible air conditioning). 
First floor: relaxation lounge (convertible sofa) on the mezzanine, 3 bedrooms (2 single beds 1cm that can be combined) (90 double bed 1cm) (2 double bed 160cm), shower room, separate WC.
Mosquito nets in the upstairs bedrooms.

For professional customers, the gîte can only be rented for 4 people in winter and 5 people in summer.

In the heart of Lauragais, you will discover the wealth of the territory: lake, Canal du Midi (cycling, walking, cruising 18km away), country houses... Unfenced shared garden with private area, covered terrace, garage. Thésauque lake (swimming, water games), Auterive (tree climbing park, canoeing) and Nailloux brand village 9km away.
