In this old 5th century farmhouse, this gite for XNUMX people is located next to the owners' house.
You can rest there and go see the horses on the property, visit the surrounding Lauragais villages and take advantage of the proximity of Toulouse (29km).
On the ground floor is the living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 2cm opening onto the terrace), separate toilets.
Upstairs: 2 attic bedrooms (1 double bed 2cm) and (140 single bed 1cm), a bathroom with WC. Possibility of providing a 1th bedroom (90 single bed 4cm) with sloping ceilings at an additional cost (1€/week).
A private covered terrace is reserved for you, the courtyard and parking are shared.
The garden is not closed, animals not allowed.
Activities to do:
1,5 km away: swimming lake "le lac de l'Orme Blanc" with supervised swimming in July and August.
Cultural visit to the castle of Loubens-Lauragais 7km but also remarkable market of the city of Art of Revel 22km, and major tourist sites of the Occitanie region in the surroundings: Carcassonne and Albi less than an hour by car.
The price includes: electricity up to 8kWh/day, water, subscriptions.
The price does not include: electricity according to consumption above 8kWh/day: €0.15/kWh, oil heating according to consumption: €12/day if T°=10°C, wood: €8 per wheelbarrow (1st wheelbarrow offered and if heating package, wood included in the price), sheets: €9/bed/change, towels: €4/person/change, end-of-stay cleaning: €50.
