Adjoining the owners, this holiday home is only 30 mins walk from a swimming lake and a water sports centre. It has 4 bedrooms.

On the ground floor: a very large living room divided into several open spaces: the kitchen behind the bar, the dining room, the living room and the billiard/pinball machine.
One bedroom is accessible to people with reduced mobility (1 bed for 2 people 160cm + 2 trundle beds for 1 person 90cm + shower room/WC), separate WC.

Upstairs: relaxation room/library/games/elliptical trainer on the mezzanine, 3 bedrooms each with a complete private bathroom (1 bed for 2 people 160cm + 2 bunk beds for 1 person 90cm in a sleeping area + shower room + separate WC) (1 bed for 2 people 160cm + 2 bunk beds and 1 bed for 1 person 90cm in an adjoining bedroom + bathroom + shower + separate WC) (1 bed for 2 people 160cm + shower room/WC).

Garden is very large with a swimming pool and a SPA under cover (in common). A private south-facing terrace is reserved for tenants, with a summer kitchen...
