The cottage, cozy and pleasant, is located upstairs, accessible by an outside staircase under the barn.
The entrance opens onto the living room (140cm convertible sofa) with small fully equipped kitchen area, shower room/WC.
Above, accessible by a spiral staircase: low-height attic mezzanine (1 double bed 2cm).
You can relax outside on sunny days in the beautiful, well-maintained garden. A garden and relaxation lounge under the barn with outdoor games are at your disposal, as well as a ping pong table, badminton rackets, and above all... the indoor jacuzzi!

Around this gîte, you can visit the villages of Lauragais, in particular the Bastide Royale de Montgeard (21km).
Several lakes will allow you to stroll like the lake of Thésauque. You can also discover the Canal du Midi (7km).
