The Les Platanes gîte is located in the heart of the peaceful little village of Aignes and provides all the comforts to accommodate 4 people.
It is composed of 2 bedrooms. The house is on 2 levels.
On the ground floor, you will find an entrance hall, a living room with a small relaxation area and a dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom and WC.
On the first floor, you will find two adjoining double bedrooms with a 140 cm bed.
A small, private, landscaped garden is located opposite the gîte (not adjoining).

Possibility of parking your car in front of the cottage.

The price includes: electricity up to 8kWh/day, water, subscriptions, household linen (towels, potholders). The price does not include: electricity according to consumption above 8kWh/day = €0.17/kWh, sheets: €10/bed/change, towels: €6/person/change, end-of-stay cleaning : 40€.
