This recognition rewards compliance with a rigorous charter in all the structure's initiatives: renovation (careful choice of materials), energy management (green energy supplier), water management (water collector rain), waste reduction (zero plastic), maintenance (equipment to limit water consumption), transport (electricity terminal to come and bicycles for rental), outdoor spaces (vegetable plot and shelter LPO for birds) and food (local meal baskets on request)
