At Gîte de Lucat, everything has been thought out and designed to make you spend an extraordinary holiday where boredom is a forbidden word!

To discover ... this beautiful gîte with a capacity of 12 people (10 adults and 2 children), in the heart of Lauragais, a few kilometers from Nailloux, from the Canal du Midi.
Toulouse and Carcassonne are approximately a 1/2 hour drive away.

This beautiful farm of 400 m2, on two levels, has been completely renovated with quality materials and great amenities in order to create an atmosphere conducive to welcoming families or friends, while preserving everyone's privacy!

In summer you can enjoy the private swimming pool (10 m by 5 m) located in the beautiful garden adjoining the house.
A beautiful terrace with garden furniture and barbecue will be at your disposal for summer meals!

Culinary weekends to learn, or improve, in the preparation of regional dishes are also offered by the owners (former caterers).

The house is prepared to accommodate 14 people.
You will find all the amenities there:
On the ground floor: a semi-professional kitchen with a large dining area, a beautiful living room, and a separate bedroom (Tomette bedroom) with a 180 cm bed, shower room adjoining the bedroom, separate WC.

Upstairs: large living room with dining area and games available (billiards, table football, Wii console, library area).
You will also find 4 beautiful bedrooms upstairs:
- Green Room with 2 single beds and bunk beds and bathroom
- Blue Room with 1 double bed 180 and bathroom
- Pierre room with 1 double bed (160cm) and shared bathroom with the Salmon room
- Salmon Room with 1 double bed (160cm) and shared bathroom

A cot and a child bed are also available.
The library reading corner has a sofa that converts to 140.
All rooms are prepared for your arrival, sheets and linen provided. Each room is equipped with a flat screen TV.
Internet and wifi access throughout the house.
The equipment is as follows: fully equipped semi-professional kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, ovens and microwave, etc.).

The photos don't lie: this place is sumptuous! The Lucat has a spacious, comfortable and modern interior, while respecting the character of the old building and its very natural environment. In addition to the swimming pool and the terrace with a view of the green hills, the cottage is rich in equipment for playing, having fun and enjoying every moment.
