This accommodation is very well located: 25 minutes from Toulouse and 2 km from the Canal du Midi.
You will enter through the air-conditioned veranda, built in wrought iron by the owner of the premises.
Then, you will access the living room, including the equipped kitchen and the relaxation area with the television.
The master bedroom is composed of a comfortable 160/200 bed, a wardrobe and a silent ceiling fan allowing, in winter, to bring down the heat and in summer, to cool the space.
The second bedroom is equipped with a trundle bed that can be transformed into 2 beds side by side (2 mattresses of 90/200) or into a double bed. In this room there is a desk and a chest of drawers.
The spacious bathroom is composed of a basin, a corvet bath and a towel dryer with some equipment (hair dryer...)
Finally, the accommodation has a laundry room where you can leave your laundry or provisions and do your laundry and ironing.
Outside, the private garden of 300m² will seduce you: deckchairs, terrace, barbecue are at your disposal. You can also take advantage of the large common area with the chicken coop and the blacksmith shop for demonstrations, if you feel like it.
