The gîte, with a capacity of 4 people, owes its name to the first name of the owner's mother, who lived in this part of the family home for more than 10 years.
Martine, the owner of the place, knew how to decorate this gite with taste and equipped it perfectly.
The accommodation, being on one level (on the ground floor of the owner's house), will be easy to access for people who have difficulty moving around: living room of 27m2, with beautiful kitchen (fridge-freezer , dishwasher, microwave, 4 induction hobs, free-standing oven and raclette grill), dining area and lounge area (sofa, coffee table and large 120cm flat screen TV), hallway leading to 2 adjoining bedrooms, a with 1 double bed 2*140cm (190m15) and the other with 2 single beds 2*1cm (90m190), a shower room (18m2, with washing machine) and a separate WC.
The shared garden is enclosed, with a terrace and a private area for customers (garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs).
