This gite is located on a farm in the village of Albiac. It is a small independent pavilion fitted out next to the owners' house.
It can accommodate 4 people.
On one level, the furnished apartment is fitted with a living room area with a kitchen area, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 2cm and another bedroom with 140 double bed 1cm), a shower room and a separate toilet.
Communal washing machine.
The garden is not fenced but there are shaded green spaces. The terrace is private and covered.
Pets are allowed. There is no internet.
The price includes: water, subscriptions, electricity up to 8kWh/day, linen and sheets.
The price does not include: electricity according to consumption beyond 8kWh/day: 0.2430€/kWh, towels
(optional extra charge of €3/person/change) and end-of-stay cleaning (optional extra charge of €50).
