Magnificent 19th century house restored with taste and modernity

Come and relax in the countryside in this rental for 8 people, located in the center of the pretty village of Calmont, 47km south-east of Toulouse.

The place is ideal for gatherings with family, friends or for professionals.

This magnificent 19th century house, in the family since 1930, has been tastefully and modernly restored by the current owner of the premises, Annie (also helped by the son who lived there!).

The gîte, on the ground floor, has a large hallway leading to an integrated kitchen (3 induction hobs, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, storeroom) which itself overlooks a scullery with an American fridge-freezer, as well as a garage where you can use a washer-dryer and an additional fridge-freezer.

On the same side of the corridor is a double bedroom (1 double bed 160*200cm) with private dressing room, shower, washbasin and separate WC.
On the right, you will find the living room with a dining area (fireplace) and a lounge area (sofa and TV).

The corridor gives access to the garden, in which you will enjoy a built-in barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs.

Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (2 single beds 90*190cm)(1 double bed 140*190cm, desk and washbasin)(1 double bed 140*190cm, desk and washbasin), a bathroom bathroom (bathtub and washbasin) and 1 separate WC.

The garden is private, closed, with covered terrace.
Pets not allowed. Internet by WIFI. Teleworking possible in the rooms.

Public parking space in the street or in the square behind the gîte.

In the village of Calmont, enjoy walks along the Grand l'Hers river; 10km away you can cool off at the Aquaparc de Montgeard, open in July & August.

Located 10km from Cintegabelle station, you can also visit Toulouse, 40 minutes away.

The Canal du Midi flows 18km away: take a stroll through the Gardouch lock to enjoy the banks of this jewel, classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

The price includes: electricity and heating up to 8 kWh/day, internet, water and household linen. The price does not include: electricity and heating beyond 8 kWh/day: according to current rates (meter reading at check-in and check-out), sheets: €15/bed/change, towels: €10/person/change and end-of-stay cleaning: €120.
