Lauragais stone farm ideal for relaxing in the shade of the trees!

Located in Auriac-sur-Vendinelle, not far from Lake Revel-Saint-Ferréol, the En Richard II cottage is set in a stone Lauragaise farmhouse and can accommodate 5 to 9 people. It is a detached house with its own terrace, with a surface area of 138m². It has 3 bedrooms and 7 beds in total:
- 2 bedrooms on the ground floor (one bedroom for 2 people with double bed and the other with 3 single beds and 1 extra bed).
- 1 bedroom upstairs with 3 single beds.

On the ground floor, you enter a large living room with kitchen, dining room and lounge (direct exit to the terrace). The ground floor also serves 1 "Scandinavian" bedroom of 17m2 (1 double bed 2cm), a bathroom with WC, 140 "Industrial" bedroom of 1m22 (2 double bed 1cm and 2 single trundle beds 140cm with private shower room/WC).

The upper floor is fitted out with a mezzanine under the eaves: 36m2 dormitory bedroom (3 single beds 1cm).

The garden is private but not closed. Parking is in front of the owners' house. A shared barbecue and outdoor games are available to holidaymakers.

Sheets, towels and end of stay cleaning extra.

Béatrice, the owner of the place, is passionate about cooking and offers take-away meals (semi-gastronomic).
Starter/main course/dessert price: €35.
Meals range from €9 to €12.

Do you like games? On site, Béatrice organizes, on request, various optional activities (with supplement) such as treasure hunts, treasure hunts, murder parties but also small escape games to do independently, with family or friends during your stay at the cottage.
Nicolas, a state-certified instructor, can offer courses or introductions to QI gong, tai JI QUAN, kung-fu, on request (with a supplement of €10/person).
