Located on the agricultural property of the owners who live on site, this gite is independent. It has been renovated with passion by Jean-Michel and Sabine with ecological materials. It is made for 8 to 10 people.

On the ground floor: entrance, large living room, dining area separated from the kitchen by a bar.
A bedroom (1 double bed 2) and a shower room/WC possibly accessible to people with reduced mobility, separate WC.
Upstairs: the staircase leads to a relaxation area on the mezzanine, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 2) (160 single beds 2) (1 double bed 90), shower room , WC. Pellet stove heating + electric back-up. Extra beds on request.
Parking in front of the cottage and private terrace.

The garden is planted with trees, it is shared with the owners. It has a swimming pool (8x4m) secured by an alarm (used occasionally by the owners).
A portico will entertain the children.

Ideal location, 30km from Toulouse, 6 km from the A61 motorway and 1.5km from the Canal du Midi and its cycle path.

The price includes: water, subscriptions, electricity and heating, sheets for weekly rentals, bathroom linen, household linen. Cleaning +70 euros
