Gîte on 2 levels of 70m2:
- On the ground floor: entrance hall, 2 bedrooms (2 single 1cm bunk beds) (90 double 1cm bed), shower room, separate WC.

- Access to the first floor via a spiral staircase: kitchen (4 gas hobs) and living room opening onto a large terrace through a bay window with pocket, for complete opening to the outside. Electric heating and reversible air conditioning (living room).

Public street parking.

The location of the gîte will offer you unforgettable walks, along the Canal du Midi (UNESCO world heritage site) 9km away, also at the start of the Montagne Noire, in Saint-Félix-Lauragais (land of Pastel) 13km away and in Revel-Lac-Saint-Ferréol (city of Art and swimming lake) 24km away. Toulouse, Albi and Carcassonne are less than an hour away.
