Sorèze pine for the parquet floors in the bedrooms, exposed stones and beams on the ground floor. It is in the former miller's house of the 4 mills of Montbel, which have now disappeared, that Marie-Célie, the owner, undertook 3 long years of work before opening this gîte.

Gîte on 2 levels with an open garden of 300m2, large parking space: - Ground floor: entrance - separate WC - fitted kitchen - living/dining room. - First floor: "Souleilla" bedroom (1 double bed 160X200cm and 2 single beds 90X190cm, on the mezzanine after a steep staircase, 1 extra single bed on request) and "Canal du Midi" bedroom (1 double bed 140X190cm ) each with its own bathroom and private WC. Reversible air conditioning in each room.
Outdoor games: pétanque, molky and volleyball. Please note: the facade is currently being renovated.

The Gîte "Les Echaunes" owes its name to the old neighborhood where Marie-Célie's parents resided, a family originally from Drôme. The composition of the photos will make you want to discover this wonderful region of Lauragais: Toulouse, 30km away, its Place du Capitole; southwest gastronomy, cassoulet, violet, duck; Caraman, its swimming lake, its Thursday morning market.
