This charming cottage, made for 4 people is located outside the historic heart of Caraman, It is the ideal place to visit, with family, the beautiful region of Lauragais...
The gîte, 90m2, is on one level. It is adjoining the owners' house.
The entrance is through the large 35m2 living room with an equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, sink, 3 induction hobs, pyrolysis oven, Nespresso pod coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher and washing machine which does the dryer).
A dining area and a lounge area (3-seater sofa, armchair, coffee table, TV) are located in this same room.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms:
A room with 2 beds for 1 person in 90*200cm which can be twinned in 1 bed for 2 people in 180*200cm)
A bedroom with 1 bed for 2 people 160*200cm
The bathroom and the WC are independent. Electric heating, there is also a pellet stove.
Outside, on sunny days, you can enjoy the private terrace at the front and the garden and the relaxation lounge at the back (it is shared with that of the owners).
WIFI internet.
Parking in front of the cottage.
Interests and activities:
27km from Toulouse (capital of the Haute-Garonne department, the Occitanie region and the South-West) and Revel-Lac-Saint-Ferréol (black mountain, swimming, beach, fishing, Canal du Midi museum, walks by bike and on foot), but also 5km from the Etang de l'Orme Blanc de Caraman (swimming lake in July and August).
