AT LUIS AND DAVID

Located at the top of the village of Avignonet-Lauragais, Luis and David's house faces the pretty Gothic church, in the historic quarter. Older than 300 years, this house has been renovated with taste and passion. It is divided between the owners' house and the gite, laid out on one level. We find here the Mediterranean origins of Luis, in the decoration and the atmosphere of the patio. Between modernity and vintage objects, this studio is a real favorite!

Adjoining the main house, the entrance to the gîte is via a small quiet street: hall, large bright and warm living room (bed for 2 people 160cm), separate kitchen, communicating with the living room by two openings with curtains , small shower room, WC. Internet connection (Wifi), no TV.
In fine weather, you can enjoy the beautiful private terrace, shaded and quiet at the back of the house with garden furniture and deckchair (shade sail).

To see nearby:
The A61 motorway and the Canal du Midi (cycle path, local produce shop, tourism area, exhibitions, bicycle and boat rental at the Port-Lauragais area) are only 2,5 km away.
Villefranche-de-Lauragais, 7km away, offers all the shops and useful services, as well as certain sports facilities such as a swimming pool or tennis court. For water sports (sailing...), the Ganguise lake is 10km away.
Revel, Cité d'Art, is 30 minutes away and is worth the trip both for its remarkable market, every Saturday morning under the central hall, and for its Saint-Ferréol lake, where swimming is possible.
Finally, Toulouse is easily accessible by motorway, 40km from the gîte.
