The cottage, which can accommodate 1 to 5 people, is located in the countryside, in a small, very quiet village, near Villefranche-de-Lauragais (eight minutes by car) and two minutes from Saint-Michel de Lanes. (village with a grocery store).

On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen with a double door refrigerator, a dishwasher, a halogen hob, a built-in oven, a microwave oven, a hood, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster.
The lounge area is equipped with a television, a DVD player, a sofa bed for two people.
The dining area has a table and five chairs. It opens onto a private terrace, with a picnic table, benches, parasol, barbecue.
Reversible climate control.
Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a bunk bed, a drawer bed, a separate toilet, a bathroom, with a towel dryer and a hair dryer.

Baby equipment on request: bed, high chair, bath.

Towels and sheets are provided.
On the property, you will find among other things a swimming pool (shared with tenants and owners, we live on the property), heated and covered from mid-April to the end of October depending on the weather, a pétanque ground, table football, ping pong, books, DVDs, board games, play area for children...

Rental by the night (except in July/August), by the weekend, by the week or by the month.
