An opportunity not to be missed to meet tourism professionals (Tourist Offices, accommodation providers, restaurants, leisure facilities and other service providers in Lauragais) and share your experiences.
A day full of encounters and discoveries
9:30 am: Welcome of participants
10:00 a.m.: Exchange of tourist documentation
12h30: Lunch at the Durfort Table
€20 per person (starter, main course, dessert, coffee, wine) – Payment on the day.
Menu:
- Salad of dried gizzards and duck breasts with four-spice thyme
- Roast pork with honey, potato gratin
- Apple crisp or fruit salad
Option – Vegetarian menu : celery root and beetroot, plate of vegetables, apple crisp or fruit salad.
14:30 p.m.: One activity of your choice
- Via ferrata of Malamort
