Mill celebrating!

On the occasion of European Days of Mills and Grinding Heritage, the Moulin à six wings de Nailloux opens its doors to you and invites you to discover the most precious know-how of Lauragais around fun and educational workshops suitable for the whole family on Saturday May 18 from 14 a.m. to 18 p.m..

Throughout the afternoon, young and old will be able to have fun aroundfree entertainment in a festive atmosphere.

“To bring families together, we are bringing in a mini farm, so there will be animals that the public can pet and observe. We also do a bread shaping workshop all afternoon, as well as visits to the mill. » explains Romain, tour guide.

To complete the program, the Museum Terre de Pastel located in Labège, travels to meet the public. There will be pastel dyeing demonstrations so that everyone discovers or rediscovers this ancestral know-how, which made our Lauragais rich in the 16th century.

Finally, for the youngest, a story reading will be offered from 15:30 p.m. to 16:30 p.m. on the theme of mills, farms and bread. Children will be able to have fun all day long thanks to a straw maze which will be set up for the whole summer.

In order to satisfy the appetite of even the most gourmands, “The Aces of Candy” will be present with drinks, pancakes, waffles and other delights!
