The Balanquier gîte is located in a 3800m² wooded park in the heart of Lauragais, 100m from the town of Lagarde, just 30 minutes from Toulouse.
On request, the entire cottage can be privatized and adapted to organize a seminar, team building, training or any other team event in a green setting.
The charming owners offer the rental service of 2 rooms, each of which can accommodate 14 people seated:
- 30 m² room: €250 excluding VAT/day
- 46 m² room, with kitchen area and living room: 350 excl. tax / day.
You can also rent both rooms together.
This eco-responsible workspace offers the greatest comfort in a calm and exotic setting conducive to inspiration and creativity (positive energy, electric charging point, etc.).
