Immerse yourself in the history and charm of “En Pascot”, an emblematic Lauragais farm, already in existence when the famous Canal du Midi was built. The old map of the diocese of Mirepoix shows that its origins date back to at least 1781.
Nestled in the heart of idyllic landscapes dotted with fields of sunflowers and golden wheat, this characterful property extends over one hectare of shaded green spaces.

Welcome to the En Pascot gîte, a place of great character, where charm and comfort intertwine to create unforgettable memories.
Perfectly designed to accommodate up to 6 people, our cottage is ideal for holidays with family or friends.
Set on two levels and discreetly adjoining the owners' home, it ensures you peace and privacy thanks to its independent entrance. Each accommodation has an individual key, allowing everyone to manage their activities and schedules with complete autonomy and peace of mind.

On the ground floor:

- Shared, warm and welcoming billiard room: for moments of conviviality and relaxation. Whether you are a game enthusiast or simply want to have a good time with friends or family, this space is ideal for entertaining after a day of discovery. You will also find a sofa, armchairs and a sound system. And to make the experience even more enjoyable, it is possible to buy wood on site to make a fireplace and enjoy a warm atmosphere during your games. There is nothing like a crackling fire to add a touch of conviviality and comfort to your stay.

- Apartment Tournesol: with a surface area of 40 m², carefully furnished, and composed of 4 rooms to offer you comfort and space.
• The room, a true cocoon of well-being, is decorated with natural materials for a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. It has a 140x190 bed, a television for your moments of relaxation, a blackout blind for peaceful nights, as well as a radiant panel and a fan for optimal comfort. The plus: a dressing alcove and an office area to combine relaxation and/or work.
• The fully equipped kitchen transforms every meal into a pleasant moment: dishes, coffee maker, toaster, mini-oven, microwave, fridge, kettle... everything you need to prepare your dishes with simplicity and pleasure.
• The bathroom offers you a modern shower cubicle, an elegant basin, as well as a blower and a towel dryer for absolute comfort.
• The toilets are separate for optimal functionality.

Upstairs :

- Pastel Room: Inspired by the region's "Blue Gold", this room harmonizes green and duck blue hues for a regenerating effect. The raw earth wall and artisanal mosaic details add a unique touch.

- Cocagne Room: warmed by ochre and orange colors, this room evokes a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The raw earth walls and wooden furniture create a warm cocoon.

The rooms are 15m² each and are adjoining. Located in what was once the granary, they open onto a large mezzanine with magnificent oak beams, adding to the character and charm of the place.

They have:
• A cozy bed (140x190 cm) for peaceful nights.
• Functional equipment: flat screen television, wifi, storage, blackout blind, desk and fan for your comfort.
• A bathroom shared by both rooms: shower cubicle, toilet, sink and fan heater.
• A dining area shared by both rooms with: table, chairs, dishes, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, microwave.
• A lounge area with sofa, armchairs, library and board games.

These last two spaces, immense, are impossible to heat in winter. You will have infrared heating for meal times.

For your comfort, we have added ceramic hobs, a hood, and kitchen essentials. This is not a "real" kitchen like the one in the ground floor apartment, but you have the basics to prepare simple meals.

All our accommodation includes: linen, towels, toiletries, as well as a basic food supply, tea and coffee to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive.

Outside, a large garden awaits you with a barbecue, sun loungers, picnic tables and a hammock, offering the perfect place to relax and share meals outdoors.

Two bicycles are available free of charge for our guests, provided you reserve them in advance when you make your reservation. Perfect for exploring the magnificent landscapes of Lauragais!

Just a 20-minute bike ride away, on a flat and shaded route, the Canal du Midi invites you to discover its magnificent landscapes, its cycle paths and the Gardouch lock. For enthusiasts, we provide you with a repair kit, a secure shed for your bikes and an outdoor electrical outlet to recharge your electric bikes.

The towns of Nailloux and Villefranche-de-Lauragais, just 10 minutes away by car, offer you a multitude of shops, services, cinema, market, swimming pool, train station and access to the motorways to quickly reach the Toulouse metropolis.

Nearby, two superb lakes await you:

• The Thésauque lake in Nailloux-Montgeard, with aquapark, waterjump and mini-golf for fun times with family or friends.
• The Ganguise lake in Baraigne-Belflou, ideal for water sports enthusiasts, with the Castelnaudary sailing school.
