Nestled in the heart of idyllic landscapes dotted with fields of sunflowers and golden wheat, this characterful property extends over one hectare of shaded green spaces.

The Cocagne room, adjoining the Pastel room, is a haven of comfort and escape. It is located on the 1st floor, formerly the wheat loft. It opens onto a large mezzanine with magnificent oak beams, adding to the character and charm of the place. Inspired by the nickname of Lauragais, a region once specialized in the production of cocagnes from which it takes its name, the room is adorned with magnificent colors mixing ochre and orange providing an energizing and joyful touch.

The raw earth walls bring a cachet in keeping with the authenticity of the building. The real wood furniture and the warm parquet flooring reinforce the cocooning side, offering you a perfect setting for a relaxing stay.

What awaits you in the Cocagne room:
• A cozy bed (140x190 cm) for peaceful nights.
• Functional equipment: flat screen television, wifi, storage, blackout blind, desk and fan for your comfort.
• A shared bathroom: shower cubicle, toilet, sink and fan heater.
• A dining area with table, chairs, dishes, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer.
• A lounge area with sofa, armchairs, library and board games.

These last two spaces, immense, are impossible to heat in winter. You will have infrared heating for meal times.

We provide: bed linen, towels, toiletries, as well as basic food, tea and coffee to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive.

To avoid you having to eat outside, we have added ceramic hobs, a hood and the necessary kitchen equipment.

Two bicycles are available free of charge for our guests, provided you reserve them in advance when you make your reservation. Perfect for exploring the magnificent landscapes of Lauragais!

Outside, a large garden awaits you with a barbecue, sun loungers, picnic tables and a hammock, offering the perfect place to relax and share meals outdoors.
