THE CENTRAL

Le Central café is both a bar and a restaurant, it is a place to live and meet in the heart of the village.

Entirely renovated, the historic café on the Place de la République in Caraman has just reopened its doors.
Every lunchtime (and in the evening only by reservation) are offered brasserie-type formulas with grilled meats, salads and desserts.

Apart from the lunch service, the Le central café – which has an IV license – also offers charcuterie and cheese platters. And to develop its menu, the establishment relies on 100% local supplies, which allows traders in the sector to work.

With 40 seats and an air-conditioned room, the central is open for lunch and dinner and offers the broadcast of major sporting events and occasional concerts. Theme evenings and concerts are organized in summer.

A terrace in front of the café is animated on certain evenings by theme evenings and concerts in summer.

If you are looking for a place to celebrate a private event (birthday, evening with colleagues, etc.), it is possible to privatize the restaurant for a group of 20 people or more. Prices on request and upon reservation.
