Emilie and her Cool Kids are as many personalities and universes as the “cookie dealers” who work there, yet each store offers an identical state of mind and quality of service while cultivating its difference.

A story that begins with hunger...

Emilie Zmaher developed the majority of the recipes for the Emilie and the Cool Kids concept: a brand whose name and most delicious secrets she bears.

She has always made superb cakes and pastries for her friends and relatives, it is so good that they are ready to pay.
In 2005 Emilie worked for her parents-in-law's biscuit factory where she was in charge of manufacturing and sales on the Cours Saleya in Nice. This experience will reinforce her in the idea that baking is more than a pleasure but a true vocation.

A year later, in 2006, Céline Molière became his next-door neighbor.
Céline Molière has entrepreneurship in her blood, even when she was little she made her grandparents pay dearly for rough dance shows organized in their living room. After a DUT in marketing technique, she flew to California where she discovered coffee shops, living spaces and concept stores where delicious pastries become a pretext for creating a community.
A slightly crazy project: rule the world by selling cookies!

While waiting for the world, Emilie and the Cool Kids are making themselves known in Nice with the opening of 3 establishments. With continuous development and unwavering team spirit, Emilie and the Cool Kids now has 16 cafes across France and Europe!

There, everything is homemade…. but really homemade!
All the products offered are prepared every day in our kitchens with our little hands and with all our love.
150 original sweet recipes inspired by American pastries and original seasonal product launches each quarter.

Emilie's is also the perfect place for lunch, with a menu of bagels and varied salads, vegetarian and vegan options and generous preparations!
