In the heart of Lauragais, in the middle of fields of sunflowers, rapeseed and wheat, so typical of our landscape, is "Les Moulins de Perrine".
The three farmers on this farm offer the transformation of their seeds into finished products and virgin sunflower and rapeseed oils.
The virgin sunflower and rapeseed oils are cold pressed. The seeds are transformed with a stone mill for flour (durum wheat, corn, rye). And to finish the chain, they produce their own peasant bread as well as traditional pasta.
Find all this in their local products shop. They are also present on the Caraman market on Thursday mornings from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
